Shipping and Returns
All orders are shipped in 3-5 business days using Canada Post Mail. We offer free standard shipping for orders greater than $100 within Canada and $200 within the United States. Please note that shipping is non-refundable. We offer Expedited shipping, refer to pricing at checkout. Expedited shipping includes a tracking number but we cannot guarantee delivery. If you are having trouble finding your order please contact your local post office directly, they usually know where it is or what has happened and when you will receive it! We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International orders can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately, these packages cannot be tracked past Customs. Also, please be aware that your package may be subject to custom duties or taxes at time of delivery/pickup depending on your country’s laws. Bella Rose & Co. is not responsible for collecting/charging these fees.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Bella Rose & Co offers size exchanges on any Bella Signature Collection item(s) purchased from our website within 30 days of the initial order date. Note, there’s a $10 s&h fee. All items purchased from Bella Rose and Co are final sale.
Exchanged item(s) must be shipped with a Bella Rose & Co prepaid shipping label, we are not responsible for items shipped without one.

Please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with the subject line CANCEL ORDER with your order number. We will reply to let you know if a cancellation is possible. If it is, we will release the funds immediately and it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
PRODUCT DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT
Even though we do our best to test each product before it goes out the door, mistakes can happen. We want to make it right with you so be sure to send a picture and report a damaged item within 48 hours of receiving your order (based on postal timestamp date received) by emailing us at email@example.com. You will either be fully refunded for your purchase or your jewellery will be fixed and returned to you at no extra charge.
SAFETY & CARE
We recommend that you remove baby bracelets at night for child’s safety. If bracelet is dirty see cleaning instructions below. Allowing your child to wear her bracelet in water such as the bath or pool should be done at your own risk as frequent exposure may damage the bracelet.
If your child’s bracelet seems tight please loosen to the last chain link, remove the bracelet or buy a larger size.
PLEASE WATCH TEETHING BABIES CAREFULLY AS SMALL COMPONENTS CAN POSE AS A CHOKING HAZARD!
Use a soft cloth and water to clean your jewellery.
You should be mindful that chlorine, lotions, perfumes, and other products containing harsh chemicals could cause damage if they come in contact with your jewellery.
Jewellery will last longer if stored in an airtight bag such as the bag provided.
